Second night of the Hartford New Music Festival. An ecletic concert, this event will feature a premiere of new Robert Ashley work, as well as a new piece for teacups by Levy Lorenzo, and a set by Robert Black (Bang on a Can) which include solo bass works by Michael Gordon and John Cage. 7:30 pm, tickets are $8 in advance & $10 at the door.

Friday | 4.15.11 - Studio at Billings Forge (Hartford, CT)

Third and final night of the Hartford New Music Festival. Featuring the Ekmeles Choir performing an extended just-intonation work by Martin Iddon. The concert will also feature performances of new music and multimedia works by Kirston Volness, Jacob Richman, Christian Gentry, and David Macbride. 7:30 pm, tickets are $8 in advance & $10 at the door.
